A semi abstract coastal landscape using high quality oil paints on stretched cotton canvas. The colours in the light that reflects from the shimmering sand and water are a lifelong preoccupation of mine. I have tried to capture the feelings of serenity and calmness that such scenes hold through thin glazes and thicker passages of impasto paint.

The picture has been painted using high quality oil paints on a square stretched canvas. The painting continues around the sides of the canvas and it comes with appropriate fixings ready to hang straight onto your wall.

A coat of varnish has been applied to protect the painted surface from dust and UV light. The work is signed on the front and a catalogued certificate of authenticity is attached to the back. It will be carefully packaged and sent fully insured via a tracked courier.
